The ReStore is Foothills Habitat for Humanity’s discount building materials outlet. ReStore offers new and gently used merchandise at fantastically reduced prices! All store inventory is donated by area businesses and homeowners (see a list below)! Inventory is constantly changing and includes top-of-the-line items at bottom line prices. Stop by often as these extraordinary bargains fly off the shelf!
In addition to being a bargain for homeowners, the ReStore is a bargain for the environment! By reusing and repurposing donated items that are still useful, these items are kept out of our landfills. By purchasing from the ReStore, you are saving money and saving the environment – what a good deal!
If you are a business or a homeowner, the ReStore can assist you by accepting tax-deductible donations of your unwanted and excess merchandise that will free up valuable floor space in your facility or in your home. See below for general information on what we can accept and the donation criteria. Items we accept include: Building materials such as electrical and plumbing supplies, hardware, lumber, flooring and tile in unopened boxes of a minimum 100 square feet per type and style, unused carpet and pad, complete light fixtures, full cans only of unused latex paint, landscaping material, appliances less than 7 years old, exterior and interior doors, and dual pane windows with vinyl frames. Sliding doors complete with frames.We also accept furniture such as sofas, chairs, dining room tables and chairs, bookcases, entertainment centers, desks and other office furniture. We love books, cds, and dvds.
Donation criteria: Donation criteria may change so please give us a call. Donated items must be clean, sellable, in good usable condition and working as intended. Appliances must be clean and in good working condition. Light fixtures and plumbing fixtures must be clean, in good working condition, and have all parts. Toilets must be complete, clean and in good working condition.
